About The Position
- Create and manage purchase orders in the ERP system and follow up until goods/services are received to the WH, including repair parts.
- Finding creative solutions for different problems regarding the orders: prices, delivery dates, etc.
- Sourcing & scouting for new suppliers
- On going negotiations
- contracts& Supplier audits if needed.
- Wide Knowledge of bill of material/Engineering change
- Producing reports and analyses for different activities
- Multiple work interfaces within the organization
Requirements
- B.A degree
- 2-3 years of experience in purchasing.
- Experience in ERP systems.
- Procurement in a variety of different commodities.
- Experience in closing strategic contracts with suppliers – an advantage.
- Experience from a global organization - an advantage.
- Oracle / Netsuite system experience - an advantage.
- Fluent English.
