Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, documentation, testing & production release.
Collaborate with global teams to provide system support and conduct training.
Handle with complex business challenges.
Configurate, improve & implement reports and dashboards permissions & data management.
Data transition and integration between multiple cloud systems such as HubSpot & NetSuite.
Work using FormTitan, events software, Tax, Payment systems and more.
Manage multiple projects on both an ongoing and an ad-hoc basis, working collaboratively across the global organization
Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving Salesforce and sales operations

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems
At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Implementer in a global company
Expert with Salesforce best practice
Experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
Experience with complex Flows and automation
Experience with SOQL
Familiar with Community Cloud & Ecommerce – Advantage
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills & with strong business understanding
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple functions
Time management, ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent matters.
Fluency in English – Must
