About The Position

The Director of Procurement and Warehousing is responsible for overseeing the entire procurement process and the logistical management of inventory and warehouses within the organization. This role includes managing procurement processes, optimizing inventory management, establishing supplier relationships, and ensuring continuous and efficient supply chain operations, all while maintaining cost efficiency and optimal conditions, leading the procurement strategy for the company.

This role requires both a strategic and managerial approach, ensuring seamless coordination between the company’s operational needs, both local and international, and providing optimal solutions for production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the procurement strategy for the company’s production site, ensuring alignment with both local and international production needs.

Negotiate with suppliers and key partners to ensure high-quality supply, timely deliveries, and competitive pricing.

Optimize inventory levels and continually improve procurement processes.

Manage purchasing and materials teams, providing mentorship and development.

Manage supply chain risks and ensure flexibility within the supply chain

Requirements

Experience*: At least 5-7 years in a managerial role in procurement and logistics, with proven experience in managing warehousing and inventory.

*Education*: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Logistics, Operations, Economics, Business Administration, or similar).

*Required Skills*:

 - Experience in team management and process optimization.

 - Strong negotiation skills with suppliers.

 - Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems in real-time.

 - Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Priority) and inventory management software.

 - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

 - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams.
